Create comprehensive scope of work to repair property issues as requested by management. Work with supervisor to ensure the customer receives an accurate cost estimate of damages. Complete forms necessary for the delivery of a complete bid package and follow customer scope of work accurately. Inspect job sites with client, sales and adjuster to prepare detailed scopes of work and repair estimates in Xactimate in a timely manner. Communicate effectively and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters. Facilitate communications between the adjuster, the client and the Sales representative. Provide insurance industry expertise to the Sales representative during contract negotiations. Provide Operations with appropriate scopes of work. Help with hard cost estimating. Work with office staff to ensure they have all the proper documentation during each phase of the bidding process. Assist in providing proper information for invoicing. Knowledgeable of the Building and Construction industry, including but not limited to, materials, methods, and the tools involved in Construction or Repair of all aspects of the Multi- Family industry. Includes understanding Multi-Family construction drawings and specifications. Must be familiar with quantity material and labor take-off means and methods. Use critical thinking and problem solving to recognize construction issues as well as identify solutions to repair the construction deficiencies. Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned by Supervisor. Our Requirements: Construction experience required, multi-family preferred Highschool Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Communicate effectively with Company staff, contractors, and customers both orally and written Maintain a cooperative and collaborative working relationship with a variety of Company staff, contractors and customers Travel as assigned. Experience in NAV, ProCore, or Sage preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required Excellent organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills, including ability to work with a variety of subcontractors High integrity Authoritative and resourceful decision maker Resourceful and creative problem solver CAMP is and EOE, compensation is DOE
