This role empowers you to showcase your craftsman-level skill and creative problem-solving on every job site. You will deliver the superior fit and finish that separates our work from the competition. \n \n How You Will Make an Impact \n \n Execute precise installations of custom residential glass, mirrors, and shower enclosures. \n Apply flawless caulking lines and finishes to ensure complete seal and elite aesthetic quality. \n Analyze site conditions proactively to anticipate installation challenges and adjust techniques seamlessly. \n Problem-solve complex field obstacles creatively to maintain project momentum and safety. \n Maintain clean and organized job sites while representing our high standards of craftsmanship. \n Operate company vehicles safely during local operations and regional travel. \n \n \n Required Qualifications & Experience \n \n Minimum of 3 years of hands-on glazier or custom shower door installation experience. \n Master-level caulking skills with extreme attention to aesthetic detail and clean finishes. \n Proven ability to think critically, anticipate workflow steps, and solve structural job-site challenges. \n Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly interact with contractors, homeowners, and project teams. \n High school diploma or GED equivalent. \n Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius. \n \n \n Preferred Qualifications & Experience \n \n Advanced experience with custom, frameless glass shower enclosures and heavy mirror work. \n Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with specialized glass handling tools. \n Strong team player \n Attention to detail, time management, and timeliness on projects \n \n \n Compensation & Benefits \n \n Competitive hourly pay rate of $29.00 to $36.00 based on experience. \n 401(k) retirement savings program with generous employer matching. \n Comprehensive medical insurance coverage. \n Paid time off covering holidays, vacation days, and sick leave. \n Overtime potential and bi-weekly pay cycle. \n Company vehicle provided for field operations. \n Personal tool replacement program and mentor training opportunities. \n Complete safety equipment provided, including helmets and gloves. \n \n \n About Us \n Vision Mirror & Shower Door, Inc. specializes in high-end residential glazier services throughout the region.
