Job Description CDL Driver \n Drive Critical Infrastructure Projects as a Concrete Pump Operator & CDL Driver with JP Tank \n JOB OVERVIEW \n \n \n Company: JP Tank \n \n Salary/Pay Rate: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour \n \n Location: Rosendale, Wisconsin \n \n Employment Type: Full Time \n \n Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 40–50 hours per week with occasional early starts and overtime \n \n Project Scope: Operating concrete pump trucks and transporting materials for large reinforced concrete tanks, digesters, and agricultural infrastructure projects throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest \n \n Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: CDL Class A License, Air Brake Endorsement \n \n THE OPPORTUNITY \n Join JP Tank, a leader in agricultural infrastructure, where your skills as a Concrete Pump Operator and CDL Driver will be vital to our success. This is a chance to grow your career within a company committed to safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork. \n HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT \n \n \n You will expertly operate and manage our Schwing 46-meter concrete pump truck during critical concrete placements. \n \n You will coordinate seamlessly with foremen and crews to ensure efficient and safe concrete pouring operations. \n \n You will perform thorough pump setup, cleanup, and routine maintenance, including lubrication and inspections. \n \n You will safely transport a variety of construction equipment and materials to job sites using a semi-truck and trailer. \n \n You will maintain an organized and efficient shop yard, managing equipment storage and material staging. \n \n You will conduct basic equipment maintenance, ensuring our fleet is ready for upcoming projects. \n \n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE \n \n \n You possess a valid CDL Class A License with an Air Brake Endorsement. \n \n You have prior experience operating concrete pump trucks. \n \n You are skilled in safely operating a semi-truck and trailer. \n \n You have experience operating construction or heavy equipment. \n \n You demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude. \n \n You are comfortable working effectively in outdoor construction environments. \n \n You have strong communication and teamwork skills. \n \n PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE \n \n \n You have extensive experience operating concrete pump trucks. \n \n You possess knowledge of diesel engines. \n \n You understand hydraulic systems. \n \n You have experience with heavy equipment repair. \n \n You have a background in the construction industry. \n \n You are experienced in transporting a wide range of construction equipment. \n \n COMPENSATION & BENEFITS \n \n \n Weekly pay cycle. \n \n Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. \n \n 401(k) retirement savings program with company match. \n \n Paid Time Off (vacation, holidays, sick leave). \n \n Company-provided safety equipment. \n \n Long-term career opportunities with a growing construction company. \n \n ABOUT US \n JP Tank Inc is a specialized concrete construction contractor building large reinforced concrete tanks, digesters, and agricultural infrastructure.
