About the Role
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our user experience and interface design. Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative design solutions.
- Help establish and maintain a consistent design system across products.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably in business development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and project outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
