Junior Procurement Operations Officer (Full-time – Hybrid)
Language Requirements
Fluent in Dutch and English. This is a hard requirement.
Experience
2+ years experience as a Procurement Operations Officer, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven hands‑on experience in P2P procurement processes or Workday as procurement system.
Responsibilities
- Support category Vendor Managers for a limited category of products and/or services.
- Sourcing of simple purchase requests.
- Preparing (complex) Purchase Orders for the Vendor Managers.
- Maintaining a correct and complete contract administration.
- Validating invoices and resolving exceptions.
Suitable Candidate
- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Dutch as well as in English (written and spoken).
- You have a ‘can do’ mentality and are eager to contribute to be in-control as domain.
- A team player with organizational sensitivity.
