A growing health system in Northwest Indiana, just outside of Chicago, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its expanding employed Urology program. This is an excellent opportunity to step into strong surgical volume, access robotic technology, and help shape a growing practice within a highly desirable suburban Chicago market.
Opportunity Highlights
$700,000–$800,000 base salary plus RVU production bonuses
$50,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance
Robotic surgery available with access to two robotic systems and modern ORs
Strong surgical volume supported by an established referral base
Flexible practice structure with clinic and OR mix based on physician preference
Subspecialty interests welcomed while maintaining a general urology scope

Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
