Outpatient Gastroenterology
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F Pay Rate: $600000.00 - $800000.00

AMN Healthcare has been retained to recruit a Gastroenterologist to Janesville, Wisconsin due to the volume of patients in the area that are seeking care and the overall growth of the program.

Job Description and Schedule:

* · For an incoming Gastroenterologist, one can expect to work 36 clinical hour with 4 hour of administrative work.
* · One has the ability to build your schedule with the proper amount of support staff, looking at 4 or 5 days a week.
* · Telehealth visits are built throughout the day, but would be completed at the office.
* · For the administrative work, there is support to help manage the inbox.
* · One will be working outpatient only.
* · Ability to do advanced procedures.
* · Due to the volumes of the practice, a provider will be able to walk into a busy practice from day one.
* · Patients are scheduled in advance, where one can see around 12-15 patients in a clinical day with 15 procedures when in the OR.
* · Our patient panel and age range starts at 18 years and older.
* · No call requirements
* · Ability to work with fellows.
* · The EMR system is EPIC.

Financial Package and Benefits:

The incoming physician will join with a guaranteed base salary and benefit package. There is a 2 year guarantee.

Based on our discussions, the financial package that will be discussed with candidates will be as follows:

· Base Salary of $600,000 to $800,000.
