Role description

Elevate student learning experiences at Oxford Learning Richmond as a part-time tutor in English, Math, and French. In this role, you will help students strengthen their academic skills and confidence.
We are on the lookout for motivated teacher-tutors passionate about education and student success. This position requires a strong grasp of high school curriculum topics, including advanced math and sciences. Tutors will benefit from ongoing training and support while working closely with students, following the structured methodologies established by Oxford Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tutoring to three students at different levels
• Record daily updates on student progress
• Adhere to Oxford Learning's teaching philosophies
• Complete post-lesson notes for continual improvement
• Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related certification required
• Experience in high school tutoring or teaching
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of senior curriculum topics
• Ability to work flexible evening hours
