Minimum Experience: 2 years within MS specialty; NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE)
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IL RN License, AHA BLS and AHA ACLS
Required Skillset: general Med Surg skillset - more medical than post surgical cases. Unit has swing beds which are extended stay for rehab. There are no high acuity patients on drips.
Float Requirements:

within like units of MS scope, not routinely
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): Union County is licensed for 25 beds...typically census max of 15-18 beds. Nurse/patient ration is 1:5-6.
