Schedule:

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), 36 or 48 hours per week. Anything over 48 hours qualifies for overtime. Six weekend shifts required within a six-week period. No call required.

32-bed Medical Surgical Neuro unit with 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios
Rapid response team activation available for patient support
Epic charting system in use
Floating to like units as needed; comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and more
First-time travelers accepted with one year of recent experience
Up to 4 days of pre-approved time off available
Requirements:

Active New Mexico or Compact RN license (pending acceptable, must be obtained prior to start)
Minimum one year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
BLS and NIHSS certifications required (pending acceptable)
CPI certification preferred
Experience with 1:6 patient ratios and Epic charting preferred
Skills in blood product administration, central line management, wound care, IV therapy, and care of neurological patients including CVA
Must reside at least 50 miles from the location
