Schedule:

Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:30, with some variable shifts starting around 08:30). No weekends or holidays required. Assignment duration is 91 days (approximately 13 weeks).
Highlights:

Outpatient OR setting in an acute care facility with 4 operating rooms
Diverse surgical specialties including Orthopedics, Urology, General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, and Pain Management
First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of OR experience
Epic charting system preferred; interdisciplinary support including interpretation services and unit secretary
Patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
Professional dress code: scrubs or business casual
Requirements:

Valid California RN license (pending licenses accepted)
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
Epic charting system experience preferred
Ambulatory OR experience and proficiency in various surgical procedures including laparoscopic, orthopedic, urological, and general surgical cases
Willingness to float to main OR located across the street and potentially to affiliate facilities nearby
Ability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
Time off requests limited to no more than 7 days during assignment
