Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years Stepdown experience in acute care (required)

Scrub Color:

Caribbean Blue
Telemetry:

Phillips – must read and interpret strips
Certifications:
BLS Required
ACLS Required
NIHSS Preferred
Patient Population:
CABG, cardiovascular surgeries, CHF, AFib with RVR
Pacemakers, AICD, ablations, stents
Chest tubes, vascular procedures, EVARs, AAA repairs
Skills Required:
Cardiac monitoring
Drip management (Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, Lasix, Dobutamine, Dopamine, etc.)
BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow oxygen, Vapotherm
Floating:
May float to ICU for Stepdown-level patients. ICU experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Strict 75-mile radius rule (must be 75 miles from facility based on driver’s license address).
Driver’s license copy required with submission.
Must be flexible for holidays.
Natural hair color, no fake nails/shellac, no facial piercings, and no visible tattoos.
