Chemo and immunotherapy Cert REQUIRED
MA RN LICENSE REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION
Must have experience w hematology care and coordinating care.
Does not need experience with coordinator role if 4-5 years of experience in HemOnc. Heavy triage experience required. Will be getting authorization for PET scans, responding to patients questions, med renewals, FMLA paperwork (admin side).
2-8s and 2-12s with every other weekend required.
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience required. BLS-AHA required
NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility)
