Certs Required: BLS & NRP; EFM preferred; Active WA/Compact license.

Experience Required: 2 years with 1 year of Mother-Baby/Postpartum. Breastfeeding assistance; newborn care, including vital signs, thermoregulation, managing hypoglycemia, bilirubin levels, and NAS (Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome) babies. Newborn lab and phlebotomy and IV skills (adult) are preferred, as well as experience with PKU testing; ability to independently care for 3-4 couplets, provide discharge teaching, vaccinate neonates, and perform thorough assessments and reassessments for both mothers and babies. Must also be able to perform fundal checks on postpartum patients.

EMR: EPIC (experience preferred)
Weekend rotation: Yes, every other or every third
