PREFERRED: 26 weeks, 48hrs/week (will accept 13 weeks, 36hrs/week)
UNIT: ICU Float Pool (140.20.140203) Float to: SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, CICU, CTICU

CRITICAL STAFFING NEED: CICU experiencing significant staffing reduction (May-August 2026) due to departures and LOAs. Maintaining ability to staff beds is essential for patient safety, especially for STEMI patients and cardiac ICU transfers.

REQUIREMENTS:
ME RN License
3+ years ICU experience REQUIRED
BLS required
Must have experience with sedated, intubated patients and pressors
PATIENT POPULATION: Basic ICU patients across multiple units:
Sedated, intubated patients
Vasoactive drips/pressors
Standard ICU care
Will NOT care for high complexity patients (e.g., CRRT)
RATIOS:
ICU: 1:2 (may be 1:3)
IMC: 1:3 (if floated to IMC)
FLOAT REQUIREMENTS:
Float based on healthcare professional experience
Primary units: Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU
May float to any IMC in organization
Must be flexible with assignments
May take multiple different assignments in same shift if needed
CHARTING: Epic

DRESS CODE:
Non-specific scrub color
NO open-toed shoes (no Crocs)
