Minimum of 1–2 years of RN Hospice experience preferred
Current CPR/BLS Certification

* 13-week travel hospice assignment
* Provide skilled end-of-life care, patient assessments, symptom management, and family education
* Travel throughout the assigned service area while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
* Recent hospice experience required; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
