Patient Population:

Neonatal to Geriatric
Setting:High-acuity, fast-paced ER
EMR:EPIC (REQUIRED – recent experience)

⚠️ MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
✔ Active California RN License
✔ BLS (AHA)
✔ ACLS (AHA)
✔ PALS (Required at time of hire)
✔ Recent ER experience
✔ EPIC experience (REQUIRED)

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
TNCC (within 1 year if not active)
CEN Certification
Experience with

trauma, cardiac, and critical care patients

Key Responsibilities
Rapid triage and patient assessment

in emergency situations
Manage

trauma, cardiac, neuro & critical cases
Administer

IV therapy, medications & emergency interventions
Collaborate with

physicians & interdisciplinary teams
Provide

patient education & discharge planning
Maintain

accurate EPIC documentation

️ Skills Needed
Critical thinking under pressure
Emergency response & trauma care expertise
Cardiac monitoring & dysrhythmia interpretation
IV sedation competency (within 6 months if required)

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
