Job Description

BHS Workforce is seeking an experienced Case Management Registered Nurse for an 8-week travel assignment in Greensboro, NC. Partner with top healthcare teams while earning industry-leading pay packages!

Position Details
Specialty: Case Management
Schedule: 5x8-Hour Mid-Shifts (15:00 – 23:30), Monday – Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
EMR: EPIC
Key Responsibilities
Oversee utilization review, discharge planning, needs assessments, and ordering DME.
Coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care in compliance with CMS guidelines.
Manage patient transitions across acute hospital care settings (ICU, MedSurg, PCU, SDU, Obs).
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience in an acute care hospital setting (No first-time travelers).
Licensure: Active NC or Compact RN License in hand at submission.
Certifications: BLS (AHA).
Skills/Knowledge: Previous Charge RN experience required; proficiency in EPIC required.
Compliance: Must pass a required compliance EKG exam prior to start.
Location Policy: Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible.
