Position:

RN Case Manager (Emergency Department & Medical Inpatient Coverage)

Schedule:
40 hours per week
Five 8-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Every 4th weekend (agency staff may be required to work up to every other weekend)
One holiday per year (for permanent staff)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced

RN Case Manager

to provide coverage for the Emergency Department and Medical Inpatient units. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal orientation and quickly integrate into the team.
Orientation:
Approximately 3 days of orientation
Candidate should be able to hit the ground running after onboarding
Patient Assignment:
Ideally assigned to one 20-bed unit in partnership with a Case Manager and Social Worker
During crisis staffing, coverage may expand to 1.5–2 units
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital inpatient experience in

Medical-Surgical, Critical Care, and Discharge Planning
Therapy background is not accepted
Active

Maryland (MD) RN license

must be in hand before the start date
