Schedule:

Night shift, 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 6-week period. Patient ratios vary from 1:1 to 1:4 based on acuity.
Highlights:

13-week travel assignment in a Level II/III NICU environment
Work with neonatal populations including premature infants and complex medical conditions
Interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, social services, and interpretation services
24-36 hours of orientation provided with Epic charting system
Floating required to like units within scope as needed
Up to 4 days of pre-approved time off available
Requirements:

Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact license accepted; must be obtained prior to start)
Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Current BLS and NRP certifications required
Experience with Epic charting system preferred
Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
Proficiency in neonatal care skills including ventilator management, IV therapy, central line care, and high-risk delivery attendance
