Full-Time, 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays. Shift hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns in a Labor and Delivery setting. The nurse will be responsible for labor management, post-partum care, and neonatal assessment. The unit is equipped with advanced technology, including central monitoring systems and tele-med capabilities, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
Responsibilities

Monitor and assess the condition of mothers in labor and recovery.
Provide couplet care for mothers and their newborns, including assessments and transition protocols.
Manage and respond to potential OB emergencies such as shoulder dystocia and post-partum hemorrhage.
Conduct fetal monitoring and administer inductions using Pitocin and cervidil.
Perform procedures such as C-sections, circumcisions, and vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Fetal Monitoring training required.
Labor and delivery nursing experience is a must, including labor management and new born care.
