Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 guaranteed hours per week with overtime available after 48 hours
Highlights:

Full-spectrum labor and delivery care in a critical access facility setting
Approximately 12-25 deliveries per month (231 total deliveries last year)
Comprehensive nursing role including labor, delivery, newborn resuscitation, postpartum care, and 24-hour newborn testing
Collaborative team environment with 2 OB RNs per shift and 24/7 respiratory therapy support available
On-call opportunities with 20-minute response time when unit census is low
91-day assignment duration
Requirements:

Active Kansas RN license or ability to obtain
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
Experience in labor and delivery nursing
Ability to provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care independently
Willingness to float to med/surg, ICU, or ER for support duties during low census periods
Comfort working in a critical access facility with limited resources
