Schedule:

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period). Patient ratio 1:2.

32-bed intensive care unit caring for adult patient population
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted (must be obtained prior to start date)
24-hour orientation with 4-6 hours of onsite modules during orientation
Requirements:

Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state; pending license accepted)
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with ICU background
Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS required
Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, and management of multisystem organ dysfunction
Willingness to float to similar units (Medical-Surgical, Step-down, PCU, Emergency Department, CVICU) with maximum 4-patient ratio when floating
Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
