24-bed Adult ICU (Float Pool)
Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
Units Include:

Neuro ICU
Cardiac ICU
Respiratory ICU
Transplant ICU (Liver, Kidney, Heart, Lung)

High-acuity cases:

Ventilator support
Hemodynamic instability
Multi-system organ failure
Post-transplant care

️ Skills & Experience Required
Strong ICU background with ability to manage:

Ventilators & ABGs
Central lines & arterial lines
Vasoactive drips & cardiac monitoring
Dysrhythmia management
Blood product administration

MUST HAVE:
Pulmonary Artery Line (Swan-Ganz) experience

(recent within last 6 months)

✅ Requirements
Active CA RN License (Required at submission)
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Experience in

400+ bed facility REQUIRED
First-time travelers accepted (if above criteria met)
Certifications:
BLS (AHA)
ACLS
NIHSS
CCRN (Preferred)

This is a FLOAT position

– must be comfortable floating across multiple units
No pending license accepted
Limited RTO (max 7 days, none during first 2 weeks)
Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
