Schedule:

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Patient ratio 1:2. 91-day assignment with 36 hours of orientation.
Highlights:

Coronary Care Unit specializing in cardiovascular intensive care
Epic charting system in a 10-bed unit with daily census of 7 patients
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy
Advanced critical care environment with ECMO, IABP, ventilator management, and cardiac surgery patients
Opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patient populations requiring complex cardiovascular interventions
Requirements:

Active RN license (state or compact license required at time of submission)
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of CVICU nursing experience preferred
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Epic charting system experience required
Experience with 1:2 patient ratios in critical care settings
Proficiency in arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management, cardiac drips, vasoactive drips, IABP, ECMO care, and dysrhythmia interpretation and management
Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
Geographic restrictions apply; candidates residing in certain local counties are not eligible
