Travel/Contract Registered Nurse for a 13‑week progressive care assignment in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role involves delivering direct patient care in a high‑acuity unit with days and nights available, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining thorough documentation.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in the progressive care unit, ensuring safe and effective treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, document progress, and adjust protocols as necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and responses to care initiatives.
Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions, adhering to all safety standards and protocols.
Adapt to various shift schedules, including days and nights, to meet the facility's staffing needs and ensure continuous coverage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree required.
Active RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
At least 1 year of recent high‑acuity RN experience, preferably in cardiovascular, ICU, trauma, or similar settings.
Ability to work flexible shifts, adaptability to short‑term contract onboarding, effective communication and documentation skills.
