Serves as a resource for patients, families, and staff.
Provides direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing ratios.
Supports daily unit operations and communicates patient care or safety concerns.
assists with performance management.
Ensures adequate supplies, equipment functionality, and inventory levels.
Oversees nursing staff and patient care during assigned shift.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
# Current and valid state RN
# Previous one year of supervisory experience, in acute care hospital, CCU setting required,
# Minimum of one year staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting; Critical Care setting required
