About the Clinician's Workday

The trauma surgeon will provide comprehensive trauma surgery coverage across inpatient and OR settings, working day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and night shifts from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with 24-hour shifts available. The position requires board certification, an active North Carolina medical license, NC DEA, and current ATLS certification. The surgeon will collaborate with a team that includes attending surgeons, APPs, residents, and trauma nurse leads to ensure continuity of trauma care.
