Your day will involve surface preparation, paint application, and maintaining a clean job site, all while following safety protocols on ladders and scaffolding. Although previous experience in painting is helpful, it’s not required; a driver's license is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces through scraping and sanding
• Paint residential interior and exterior surfaces
• Work from ladders and scaffolding safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites
• Follow instructions from crew leads for high standards
Requirements:
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Physically fit for demanding labor tasks
• Previous work experience in painting is an asset
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
