Eye Security is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a strategic portfolio from day one. You’ll design success strategies, guide onboarding, and ensure customers get maximum value from our cybersecurity solutions.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams, acting as the voice of the customer and a key driver of retention and growth. If you excel at turning insights into action and enjoy shaping the customer journey end to end, this role is for you.
