Role description

Join our team as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist and provide skilled evaluation and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility in Prophetstown, IL. Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Illinois SLP license required to start the assignment.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
