Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Role description

Minimum Requirements
Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Hawaii license in appropriate discipline required by start of assignment
Acute care experience required
Must be able to complete Modified Barium Swallow Studies independently without supervision by a radiologist
Minimum 2 years of experience

Assignment Details
Generally set schedule 5 days per week and likely to include 1 weekend day
Possible floating to another facility depending on census and staffing
Scrubs or dress code policy applies
Training in EMR documentation provided and orientation to rehab area and expectations

Location Highlights
