Site Project Manager

Role description

Site Manager – Data Centres – Netherlands

I’m supporting a leading European construction contractor with the appointment of an experienced Site Manager to join their growing Data Centre division in the Netherlands.

This is a senior site-based position taking responsibility for the day-to-day construction delivery of a major data centre project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day construction and site activities


• Manage Site Supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors


• Coordinate multiple construction packages and work fronts


• Drive works against programme and short-term schedules


• Coordinate CSA and MEP interfaces


• Monitor subcontractor performance, resources and productivity


• Resolve construction issues and programme constraints


• Drive quality, snagging and project completion activities


• Coordinate closely with Project Management, HSE, Quality and Commercial teams


• Support the transition from construction through to commissioning and handover

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager


• Data Centre or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred


• Strong subcontractor and site-team management experience


• Existing eligibility to work in the Netherlands/EU
