Your focus will include management of the P&O Cares services, administration of Learning & Development initiatives, and support for process improvement projects. You will also leverage technology to streamline operations and help define the future HR landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute P&O operations ensuring adherence to quality
• Address and resolve P&O Cares requests within required timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient service delivery
• Participate in projects centering on process enhancement
• Support Learning & Development operations and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field
• Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors, and DocuSign systems
• In-depth understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication abilities across diverse teams
