What you will be doing & what will you get in return
Our typical engagements
The Management Consulting team helps our clients’ IT Management shape their technology vision and execute on their digital and technology driven transformation. What sets us apart, is that we have an engineering and delivery capability that can execute on the outcomes of management consulting engagements. This means that our management advice is not a report that ends up in someone’s drawer, but a strategic direction with a strong technical foundation that will deliver the outcome our clients need.
As an IT Management Consultant, you’re responsible for the delivery of our engagements, and are a part of our engagement team. You’ll be involved in a range of activities: from developing IT organizations, developing technology strategies, sourcing and architecture engagements to assist in digital transformation implementation activities.

Our core values
- We connect strategy and execution, and we build digital foundations that are resilient, scalable, and secure. We bring energy, clarity, and team spirit to every engagement. To do so we act using our four core values:
- Teamship – We aim to create a powerful connection between teamwork and friendship in every engagement. True connection builds trust, and trust boosts results.
- People over profit – Yes, we are serious about people. Even if it comes at the cost of profit. People create our business, not the other way around
- Content is king – We strongly believe content is king. Content will trump process, all day.
- Get it done – We just get it done. It’s our refreshing alternative to IT’s infamous “no this can’t be done” or “it’s complicated”.

The 70/30 model in more detail
Having a background at large consultancy firms, we are familiar with the traditional partner model: Work for 10+ years and hope you make it in the world of “up-or-out'. If you succeed, you’ll start to make money on others trying to climb that very same ladder. The traditional partner model doesn’t match our philosophy, and it’s especially conflicting with our teamship and people over profit values. We wanted to create something different, something that aligned better with modern ideas about employment while shaking up the traditional world of management consulting: we landed on the 70/30 model.
The 70/30 model is a compensation model based on transparency and shared entrepreneurship. You know exactly what the client is paying, and 70% of that amount goes to you.
Out of the 70% your fixed salary is paid, your lease car, pension and other costs directly related to you. What is left of the 70% is paid as an annual bonus. So, we never have debates about who gets which share of the earned revenue. Nor do we have debates on your wage increase. Your earnings are directly tied to your performance and growth that translates into your hourly rate.
During the application process we are more than happy to further explain the model and provide you with some example calculations given your personal situation.
A screening and a management case are part of this procedure.
