BGIS is seeking a Senior Assessor to apply building condition assessment processes and technical standards to complex asset evaluations. You will support the Manager/Director to plan end-to-end project delivery within scope, budget and requirements.
The role focuses on low to moderate complexity projects with duties in asset assessments, reporting, cost estimates, scheduling and team coordination. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
