Become an integral part of American Eagle as a Senior Brand Advocate at Park Royal Shopping Center. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and embody the brand's spirit with every interaction.
In this part-time role, you will represent American Eagle, making shopping memorable for each guest. With your skills in the AEO Selling Model, you will assist customers throughout the store, including Cash & Wrap and Fitting Room zones. Your ability to problem-solve and collaborate will drive satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the AEO Selling Model for guest engagement
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product offerings
• Promote brand loyalty through targeted recommendations
• Flexibly transition among various store zones
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns proactively
Requirements:
• Enjoyment of customer interactions
• Previous retail experience a must
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Minimum age of 18
• Energetic and capable of multitasking
