Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Associate role located in Sudbury, ON. As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to understand their mobile communication needs, educate them about our wide range of products and services, and assist them in selecting the best solutions. You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets, maintain product knowledge, and ensure an exceptional in‑store experience for every customer. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining store visual standards and handling customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including relationship‑building, active listening, and persuasive communication
- Product knowledge or ability to quickly learn about mobile carriers, devices, and wireless plans
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage tasks efficiently in a retail environment
- Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns
- Experience in retail, sales, or a related field is an asset
- Exceptional teamwork and adaptability in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for technology and helping customers make informed decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is an asset
