Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with location managers on safety program implementation
• Conduct routine safety inspections and oversee training
• Lead the Joint Health Safety Committee meetings
• Manage and coordinate emergency response drills and supplies
• Document and report all safety incidents in compliance portal
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or Degree in Health and Safety
• Minimum of 1 year experience in laboratory environments
• Strong organizational and public speaking abilities
• Valid driver's license for travel across Ontario
• Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs as necessary
