Now Hiring: RN - Inpatient Rehab (Days or Nights) | Colorado SpringsWSi is currently seeking experienced RNs for an opportunity in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Colorado Springs. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with patients recovering from complex conditions.
What you’ll do:
Provide comprehensive nursing care in an inpatient rehab setting
Perform admissions, assessments, and ongoing patient evaluations
Administer IV antibiotics and manage complex clinical needs
Care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
