The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputable regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit.In this role, you’ll care for complex cardiac and medical patients, including post-op open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while building advanced clinical skills through hands-on experience with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Full-time | Days | Nights | 12-hour shifts

What You’ll Do
Provide care for high-acuity cardiac and medical patients
Monitor complex patients and manage multiple drips
Care for patients with chest tubes and central lines
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license
BLS and ACLS certification
Strong clinical judgment and teamwork
Experienced RNs and New graduates are welcome to apply
