RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR NOC 62010
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Establish work schedules
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
Support for Youths: Offers on‑job training tailored to youth, offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth, provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Salary: $20.10 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
