What We Are Looking For

Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact eligibility, along with BLS certification

A patient-centered mindset with a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning

New Graduate RNs are welcome and will receive the training and support needed to build confidence and succeed

Experienced RNs are valued for their expertise and given opportunities to grow while working with the autonomy they’ve earned
