Join an independent contractor role at CAR, where you can provide dynamic dietitian services to adult clients. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while focusing on high-quality, client-centered care. You will assess and implement tailored strategies that lead to significant improvements in client health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct dietitian services in-person and through virtual consultations
• Perform assessments in geriatrics, chronic disease, and palliative care
• Collaborate with clients to create effective care plans
• Educate clients and caregivers while connecting them with local resources
• Document assessments and progress per standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Valid G2 or G license with reliable transportation
• Community-based experience is a plus for new and experienced candidates
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities
• Willingness to assist in pediatric cases if needed
