Solon Family Dentists is seeking a friendly, skilled, and patient-focused
Registered Dental Hygienist
to join our growing team. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships with patients.

Duties & Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
Update patient health histories and record vital signs
Take and review digital radiographs, intraoral images, and iTero scans
Conduct periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings
Assess caries risk and educate patients on preventive care
Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
Identify potential dental concerns and communicate findings to the doctor
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and treatment recommendations
Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Assist with operatory setup and turnover as needed
Requirements
Active Ohio Dental Hygiene License
Current CPR Certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
Experience with digital radiography and periodontal screening
Dentrix experience preferred
iTero experience preferred
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
