Old Town Smiles is seeking a friendly, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team in Alexandria, VA. We are a modern, privately owned dental practice that values teamwork, quality care, and long-term relationships with both patients and staff.

Position Details

Part-time: 2 days per week
Flexible scheduling available
Compensation: $65–$70 per hour
Bonus opportunities available
Office Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Alternating Fridays: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Assist in diagnosing and monitoring periodontal conditions
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications

Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Strong communication and patient education skills
Experience with Dentrix, digital radiography, and intraoral photography preferred
New graduates encouraged to apply
