Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

to join our dynamic dental team in

Franklin, TN.

As a key member of our practice, you‘ll play an essential role in providing excellent care while working in a positive, collaborative environment that truly values your skills and dedication.
What We’re Looking For
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages.
Utilize medical imaging, including

CBCT,

to capture accurate diagnostic images.
Use Dental Camera to take pictures for patient education
Accurately document patient treatment plans, notes, and medical history.
Educate patients on their oral health using pictures and radiographs as aids.
Help manage patient flow and scheduling within the practice.
Collaborate closely with dentists and teammates to provide exceptional care.
Conduct documentation reviews to maintain compliance with standards.

Requirements
Active

Dental Hygienist license

in accordance with state regulations.
Proficiency in

Eaglesoft

or similar dental software preferred.
Strong knowledge of general dentistry, infection control, and patient education.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask efficiently.
