Coverage: Oct , 2026
Schedule: Mon Fri 8 AM 5 PM + Evening Call
Weekend Call: Fri 5 PM Mon 7 AM
️ Travel: Covered
License: Idaho License or IMLC in hand
Emergency Privileges: Available with clean background


Must-Have Procedures
Trauma Embolization
Pulmonary Thrombectomy
Gastric Tube Placement
Biliary/Chole Tube Placement
Nephrostomy & Ureteral Stenting
Dialysis Graft/Fistula Stenting
Body Arteriography
IVC Filter Placement & Removal
Call Volume


Evening: 0 1 callback/shift
Weekend: 3 4 interventions
Procedure Duration: 1 3 hours

Cryo/Thermal Ablation • TIPS • Arterial/Vein Stenting • Limb Salvage • Uterine/Prostate Embolization • Y-90 • Chemoembolization • Pseudoaneurysm Treatment
