Schedule:

Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
One Sunday rotation every 6 weeks (

Duration:

June 1, 2026 December 31, 2026
Setting:

Inpatient unit (male & female patients)
Credentialing:

60 days
Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults with acute mental health symptoms
Round on an average of 30 patients in the unit (not all seen daily)
Participate in Sunday rounding on inpatient male/female patients
Collaborate with mental health staff and correctional medical teams
Document assessments and treatment plans accurately and efficiently
Requirements & Certifications:
Active Pennsylvania medical license
Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Required:

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred:

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Experience in acute or inpatient psychiatry highly preferred
