Project Coordinator

Role description

ThekeyfunctionsoftheSTCProjectCoordinatorrolearethecoordinationandmanagementofelectronicsecurityinstallationprojects.TheInstallationCoordinatoralsomanagesvariousstagesoftheinstallationprocessfromordervisibilitytoon-timedeliverytoinstallationtoorderclosure.Thesebusinessactivitiesincludeinterfacingdirectlywithcustomers,coordinatingprojectimplementationdeliverablesfromstarttofinishincoordinationwiththeRegionalInstallationManager,ProjectManagersand/orDirector Installation Operations Canada,interfacingwithinternaltechnicianresourcesandsubcontractors,establishingandmeetinginstallationprojectschedules,orderingpartsasneeded,anddrivingcustomersatisfaction.TheInstallationCoordinatorreportstotheDistrictInstallationManager.

MajorDutiesandResponsibilities

• SchedulingofInstallationTechnicianstoensurejobsareprioritizedtomeetrequirescustomercompletiondateswithDistrictInstallManagerandProjectManagersupport.
• Driveinstallationprocessforallordersassignedfromstarttofinish,workinginclosealignmentwithProjectManagersandfieldleadership
• CoordinationwithPMsspecifictosubcontractorsschedules,includingthetrackingofarrivalsanddeparturesto/fromcustomersites.
• ReviewallnewordersassignedforCustomerContactInformation,ScopeofWork,andTraditional/TISallowances.
• WorkscloselyastheprimarycustomercontacttoobtaingoodCustomerCompletionDates(CCD)anddetermineaccurateProjectedStartDates(PSD)whenassignedthisrolebytheDistrictInstallManager.
• MaintainElectronicInstallationFoldersforallassignedorders.
